Продовжу відгук про другий день перебування в готелі. Вранці ми зробили чекаут, залишили зібрані речі в номері і з обіцянкою кращого номеру на рецепції вирушили на дослідження острова. Повернувшись ввечері нас заселили в «кращий» номер з виглядом на парковку і знову на першому поверсі. Номер був недуже якісно прибраний, в санвузлі залишилось чиєсь волосся. На цей раз вже жадних фруктів, води, навіть стаканчики не поставили, хоча чекін і чекаут готель провів. І це сервіс 4 зіркового європейського готелю. Щось зʼясовувати з рецепцією вже не було сил і бажання. На протязі всього перебування не було відчуття бажаного гостя. Враховуючи ціну на проживання це було не дуже приємно. Єдине що сподобалось, так це сніданок і басейн, але другий раз би в цей готель не повернулась.

Lovely hotel close to beautiful Corfu Town. We had a lovely three night stay at Divani Corfu Palace to end our stay on the gorgeous Island of Corfu. On booking we made an immediate request to have a runway view room for our son to plane spot from and this request was granted with a stunning view of the airport and lagoon. The staff from the front desk to to the hotel manager were so welcoming and friendly. We were asked every day by the duty manager if everything was to our liking and that we were enjoying our stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed and attended to daily by the staff. The pool area was relaxed with nice background music and immaculately clean. Perfect place to relax and watch the coming and going’s from Corfu Airport. The pool bar served some lovely snacks and a good selection of drinks with the staff working very hard. The breakfast was delicious and great choice for all palettes with a clean dinning room, friendly hard working staff. Shout out to the lady who ran the hotel shop who was lovely and welcoming. We’ve stayed in three different hotels in Kanoni but this is hands down the best in the area and we will return to this lovely hotel on return to Corfu in the future.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti e l’esperienza è stata positiva. Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera spaziosa con balcone. La collazione è stata una delle parti migliori del soggiorno: ricca, varia e con prodotti di ottima qualità, sia dolci che salati.

We enjoyed our stay but I felt the staff was annoying as they were banging room doors each morning asking to clean the room or not, also rooms are very ok and bathroom is the smallest. There are extremely  small rooms and they are not worth the money you pay for this hotel.

千萬不要住這裡！！！ 騙子酒店！ 首先：我訂的房間與他給的房間不一致，圖片上的房間很新很乾凈。 第二：這個酒店非常非常非常非常臟，一進房間一股嘔吐物混著尿味。窗簾估計從來沒有洗過，我從進房間十分鐘左右開始皮膚過敏。在請求前台更換房間後，給我們了一個2樓（中國的3樓）的房間，臭味稍弱，但依然臭！ 第三： 入住當晚我到前台請前台打Radio Taxi 幫忙喊個正規的taxi（這裡強調）。結果她直接給我叫了個黑車，最開始我們以為她用了uber. 來接人的車沒有taxi頂子。到了目的地後發現是黑車，價格比正規出租車貴了15歐！ 第四：酒店退房時間寫的11:00， 第二天早上沒到10:00， 打掃清潔的大媽回來敲門，很凶！一直敲，問我多久走？我説不是11:00嗎？ 第五：隔音非常差，樓上單間當晚一直在樓上吵吵鬧鬧喝酒，22點到0:30。 以及機場飛機起飛降落都聽得很清楚。

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. And it’s much nicer now it’s had a refurb in the public areas. Sadly the rooms were very basic but clean. Great welcome from the start. The location is set back back from the town it’s an easy walk in or a €20 ride.

Nice enough and convenient for the airport which is directly in front of the hotel. The port was about 10 minutes away to 15 min if there's traffic. Wasn't as close as I thought. The amenities were good however the nearby rooms were noisy and sound proofing Wasn't good enough. I called the reception a few times and even they could hear the noise from the reception. I didn't factor this into the review as it's kind of out of their control whether guests respect others however, in some instances a more stern approach is appropriate, like tell them to leave!

Lovely place, incredibly welcoming and friendly, professional service, very clean and amazing pool. Special shout for Christos at the bar, he made sure we were sorted with drinks and food!
